About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC bank in retail banking products like credit cards, mortgage, auto loans, etc.across all major markets in which they operate.As part of expansion of their global analytics team, they are looking for a AVP who can play a critical role in their Data Sciences division and become a though leader to the organization.

Job Description - You will be responsible for :

- Generating data insights for the business problems

- Providing end to end project management services

- Be a direct interface of the team with the various stakeholders

- Provide thought leadership for modeling/Optimization initiatives

- Build and maintain models and present them to senior management that explains the strategy to address a business problem in a best effective manner

The Successful Candidate - You should have- At least 6-8 years of work experience in Data Mining/Visualization/ Machine learning/ Statistical Modeling/ Big Data skills strong academic background with Master's degree in Statistics, Economics or Mathematics from premier institutions like IITs / ISIs / DSE/ IGIDR etc. or reputed global institutions.

- Experience in machine learning including Bayesian methods, reinforcement learning, neural networks, support vector machines, hidden markov models, relevance vector machines etc.

- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods including complex multi variate statistical methods, discrete choice modeling, conjoint based analysis etc.

- Professional experience in analytical model building and using techniques like logistic regression, CHAID,CART, Cluster and Factor analysis, ARIMA, Times Series, Forecasting, Decision Trees etc.

- You should have shown strong client engagement abilities and should have managed projects on your own
