Key Responsibilities :   - Understand customer needs to conceptualize a process that can transform the ways of doing business with a focus on customer centricity.  - Spearhead the creation, strategic management and implantation of newer ways of conducting - putting the customer first- ways of business for the organization on the sales distribution front  - Transform branch output in terms of the customer experience.  - Handle the whole gamut of activities for products and services and outlining ways for branch business transformation across channels  - Undertake market segmentation and break down activities, benchmarking, need based analysis etc to create a series of services and products that serve customer needs.   - Understand and provide insights and trends on customer needs  Candidate Specifications:   - Post-Graduate with 12+ years of work experience.   - Strong analytic experience from a consulting/ service industry like hotels/ banking.  - Preferable to have wealth management, product management experience.  - Strong operational experience to understand client needs.  - Should be able to provide market intelligence data.   - Self-starter who can conceptualize customer based process lines.   - Strong at conducting and understanding the nuances of market research and customer analytics.  - Good analytical and business acumen skills.  - Strong interpersonal communication  Suitable candidates may contact :   Tushar Uppal  Antal International 022-40634930
