Job Description - Based out of Gurgaon and reporting to the Vice President, you will :

- Manage a team of 10-15 Analysts and Managers

- Essay the role of a client account leader and support top management on critical business decisions

- Provide statistical analysis and be hands-on along with the team on Portfolio Risk Analytics and reporting projects

- Travel on-site to client location (US) for understanding client requirements and managing escalations, if any

- Coordinate and engage with different teams across Model Development, Methodology, Model Validation etcetera to get the job done

The Successful Candidate - As the successful applicant, you will :

- Come with 8+ Years of relevant Analytics experience

- Demonstrate a strong functional awareness of the Credit Card Risk space

- Have a Bachelors/Masters/PhD Degree from a Top Tier institute like ISI, IITs, IIMs, MDI, XLRI, FMS, DSE etcetera

- Have a track record of ownership, accountability and strong work-ethic

- Have experience of working in a client facing role with demonstrated business savvy and commercial acumen

- Demonstrate executive presence in leading and motivating a team of highly qualified Analysts and Managers
