AVP - Credit Middle Office (9-15 yrs)

1. Qualification : CA/CAIIB/MBA (Legal qualification desirable)

2. Experience : Minimum 9 years( credit administration,monitoring,reviewing,compliance with policies/guidlines)

Job Profile :

a. Coordination with CRMG/ Legal/F&A

b. Monitor Implementation of internal policies regarding Credit Sanctions, Loan Documentation, Security Valuation, PDCs

c. Ensure Compliance to RBI Guidelines including latest stressed account monitoring & reporting

d. Continuous Monitoring and control on Document Perfection, Covenant Compliance and Other Sanction Compliance

e. Account Monitoring & reporting of (i) Receivables & Ageing, (ii) TDS Receivables, (iii) Sanction Compliance

f. Periodic MIS regarding Asset Book, Disbursements, Sector wise Exposure, Client/ Exposure Concentration, Receivables & Ageing, Document Perfection, Covenant Compliance

g. SPOC for all the above compliance regarding ASF and continuously interact with CRMG/Accounts/Secretarial for Periodic/Specific requirements

h. Effective Co-ordination with MBO/AO to have control on the above credit aspects

i. Periodic Reporting & By Exception to Management on the above
