Job Profile:

- Due diligence on Credit Approval Memorandum

- Preparation of Facility letter and security documentation

- Scrutinizing security documentation and perfection of security / collateral

- Limits disbursal and tracking of all documents deferrals

- Custodian of documents

- Interface with RBI / internal auditors

- MIS preparation

Criteria:

- Minimum qualification required - Graduate in Commerce/Economics

- 7-10 years of experience in Credit Admin/Credit documentation area in Banking is must
