One of our clients, A leading Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  AVP - Corporate Loan Operations  Basic Job Purpose:  - This position has the responsibility for managing the Loan Operations for Asset Based Finance business & corporate business of the bank.   - Ensure a seamless operation’s delivery platform for the Loan operations, through timely and zero-defect transaction processing in the Unit  - Build effective controls and minimize risk of errors  - Overall Governance of activities  - Adherence to processes &continuous monitoring  - Resolving daily issues if any and timely escalation to senior management of critical issues/ items requiring attention  - Minimize process lapses. Ensure that the documentation requirements for all transactions are adequate and complete.   - Build strong controls in the process outsourced & ensure documentation is complete for new processes outsourced.  - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and assist in regulatory and financial inspections, especially with respect to provision of Loans data for audit reviews  - Ensure that all regulatory reports pertaining to Loans are submitted only after due validations and ensure accuracy of these reports in line with latest regulatory circulars/ guidelines   - Ensure qualitative governance over outsourced operations  - Interface with, and have cordial professional relationships with the various external and internal stakeholders who are key to the Loan processing activity - Product Teams, RM, CRMS, Finance, Control, Collections.  Education & Experience:  - CA/MBA with 4-8 yrs of relevant corporate banking loan operations from reputed banks.  - Team handling.  - Good understanding of loan products.  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
