AVP - Corporate Lending Operations (10-15 yrs)
Job holder will be responsible for managing teams across a given location for Credit Services in which process quality and productivity are continuously improved.
Primary responsibility of the incumbent will be people management managing team of 100+members which includes Performance management, attrition management, skills mapping etc.,
Desired Skill Set -
Applicant Should be a graduate or post graduate in commerce / Finance domain having overall 10+yrs of work experience with minimum of 8+yrs relevant experience in Team management, Credit products, Corporate Credit Operations which includes Pre and Post Approval process and also Financial Statement Spreading etc.,
Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with Strong negotiation & persuasive skills is required.
