With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned compliance professional for their setup in Mumbai.

Job Description :

- Ensure effective, robust and proactive management of the end to end aspects of the compliance segment of the American Trade Operations

- Daily interactions with Business partners, Product Heads and Senior Executives

- Interact with Operation staff, management, Implementations, Technology and other critical teams

- Provide support to all operational processes as needed

- Participate in UAT, implementation and training

- Properly monitor compliance related activities to ensure adherence to Audit and Control policies

- Perform within departmental procedures and compliance standards in order to minimize losses to the firm

- Understand the procedures and compliance policies of the Regional Processing Center

- Participate in activities related to risk, control and compliance

Profile :

- 8+ years of experience in banking industry with expertise in Trade Services Operations

- Compliance experience involving reviewing, researching and dis-ambiguating cases is a must
