As discussed,V-Konnect is glad to share a job opportunity based out of Mumbai.  Designation: AVP (Compliance)  Qualification: CA / CS  Years of experience: 7 Yes to 15 Yrs  Age: < 35 yrs  Candidate Profile:  - Maintains checklists for KYC received for various transactions and list of pending documents for subsequent regular follow ups  - Maintains documentation with respect to Insider Trading declarations, Grey list transactions and Preclearance trade approvals  - Reports on quarterly basis to SEBI compliance under Debenture Trustee Regulations and reports to RBI on compliance with relevant circular  - Coordinate for filing of SEBI Registration Application both online and hard copy documents  - Interaction with Regulators on behalf of Trusts and clients  - Assistance to clients in regulatory approvals  - Supports Team members and external clients in redressal of investor grievances  Critical Exposure/Experience :  - Independently handling compliance  - Sending reports to SEBI and filing SEBI registration applications  - Taking care of KYC’s  - RBI Reporting  Key Aspects of the job: the Job will include the following:  - Creates Risk Management Plan for various products such as DT, ST etc  - Evaluates and analyses risks in various transactions  - Develops Risk Mitigation measures for risk identified across processes and products  - Continuous risk monitoring across clients and operations  - Develops Standard Operating Manuals for Various Products  - Plans requirement of KYC documents for each transaction based on risk involved  Any special skills / knowledge essential:  1. Very good communication skill – speaking, reading, writing.  2. Multitasking capability.  3. Adjustment capability with different people, culture, (person who has no particular choice (food/ place / people etc) in life which needs to be specially accommodated.  4.
