The group covers the entire spectrum of financial services such as Stock Broking, Commodities Broking / Finance, Registry Services, Depository services, Merchant Banking & Corporate Finance, IPO distribution, Investment Banking, Realty Services, Insurance Broking/Distribution, and Distribution of Financial products like mutual funds, bonds, Personal Finance Advisory Services, BPO / Technology Services, Wealth Management and Loans.   Job Description :  Experience : 7+ Years  Grade : AVP- Compliance   Qualification : CS is a must (first attempt preferred)  KRA's :   - RBI compliance's with respect to NBFCs, including monthly/ periodical filing of returns, data submission with RBI/BSE/NSE as per guidelines and circulars issued by RBI from time to time  - Interacting with Reserve Bank of India on day to day matters  - Handling the RBI inspection audit.  - Assess implication of the any new circular/regulations and highlight to business its implications.  - Ensuring compliance related with other statutes like CERSAI, CIBIL, Cash Transaction Reporting etc.  - Ensuring compliance with listing agreement with BSE/NSE  - Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & relevant compliance's  - Reporting to management regarding key areas concerning the risk of business with reference to -Statutory compliance's and recommendations to mitigate the same  Pushpita Ghosh
