We have a job opportunity for a reputed bank based in Mumbai for AVP - Complaint Management Role.
Job responsibility:
Ensure prompt & Satisfactory resolution to the customer complaints
Timely submission of response to the complaints received at Nodal officer.
Ensuring timely closure of RBI complaints received from RBI's across India.
Follow up with branches for pending complaints on regular basis for closure within TAT.
Should have understanding of Regulatory framework like KYC & AML
