Looking to hire Compensation & Benefits professional for one of the leading Investment Bank

Location: Mumbai

Experience required: 6-8 Yrs

- Support the development of compensation plans that are aligned to the needs of the business, whilst consistent with companies overall compensation framework and philosophy

- Work with other members of the Global Compensation team to plan for and deliver an efficient year end compensation cycle.

- Work with and support Regional Compensation teams and HR Advisors to ensure the wholesale business units are fully supported through the cycle

- Work alongside Compensation HRIS to ensure companies compensation tool is updated and maintained to ensure the smooth running of the year end process

- Take ownership of compensation market data analysis to the businesses / HR Advisor groups, working with Regional and Global Compensation team colleagues

- Manage compensation based projects, from initial plan design through to operational delivery

- Work with other members of the Global & Regional Compensation teams to ensure initiatives are consistent with companies principles and consider the appropriate expert advice.

- Provide analytical support for Global Compensation projects

- Provide support to the Global HR Advisors on compensation related matters

- Liaise with Regional compensation team as required

- Delivery of Compensation related training to both the global HR division, and the business units as appropriate
