Role and Responsibilities  1. Development and implementation of the reward strategy which should be aligned to the business objective  2. Contribute to building the C&B strategy in a very competitive market, balancing business needs and organizational Compensation philosophy.  3. Lead annual compensation processes for salary planning, market analysis and Variable incentive payout for the client group.  4. Design Compensation Structure globally which is competitive and easy to understand.   5. Lead and participate in the assessment data process of benchmarking positions to and analyzing data to provide value-added reporting detailing competitive market positioning for the business.  6. Formulate the key assumptions to be used to develop budget of C&B costs, through the analysis of market trends and economic indicators.  7. Design and implement compensation policy, which is supportive of business objectives and ensure compliance to law of land of respective countries.  8. Managing globally senior leaderships offers, Contracts and Fitments and ensure periodic review mechanism to ensure any changes being introduced is factored in.  9. Thorough knowledge of employee benefits globally like PF, ESI, FSLA, Insurance, 401K, Pension, Gratuity etc.  10. Thorough knowledge of Income tax, Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, Statutory reporting.  11. Thorough knowledge of long term incentive tools like ESOP, ESPP and SAR etc. in terms of design, implementation, administration, Tax impact and statutory implication.  12. Advice, assist and counsel various stakeholders on individual salary management and on compensation related topics.  13. Build strong relationships with Senior Business Leaders and partner productivity through STI and LTI.  14. Monitor industry and external market trends and identifies opportunities for change in the context of organization's business segments.  15. Capable of building up of strong domain and consulting / advisory team  Key Skills  - Exceptional analytical abilities, mature, excellent communication & people skills, high energy are essential  - Experienced in Leading Compensation & Benefits function.  - Strong Business Orientation and skilled in overall HR roles  - Highly commercial and able to align reward policy to business objectives  - Excellent project management skills  - Advanced Excel skills  Experience and Qualification  - MBA from leading Institutes.  - Other degrees with meritorious educational background  - 10-12 years of post-qualification, corporate / consulting experience in demanding roles involving work content similar to stated responsibilities.
