Brief Job Profile:

- Compliance of SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations,

- Compliance of Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards,

- Drafting of legal agreement/contracts, distribution agreement,

- Leave and incense agreements,

- Co-coordinating of internal audits and regulatory inspections, compliance induction

A qualified Company Secretary and Bachelor of Law with 7+ years of experience in SEBI MF regulations and knowledge in AIF (Alternative Investment Funds ) in AMCs / Banks / Insurance Companies

Reports to - Head Legal & Compaliance

Comp range : 20 lacs

Location: Mumbai
