Role:
- Ensure compliance with Corporate law, FEMA, SEBI Laws, NBFC compliance Stock Exchange Listing Requirements
- Responsible for handling capital issues through the IPO / Private Placement routes
- Coordinating with statutory auditors and internal auditors, etc.
- Arranging Board Meetings, Committees’ Meetings and General Meetings involving preparation of agenda, preparing reports
- Legal documentation for borrowings and lending business of the company
