Mandatory Factors:  Candidate should be currently handling a Pan India Role or else should be handling atleast 3 regions.  He should have very good experience in Commercial Vehicles e.g. Tractors, tempos etc  Should have handled 2000 FOS which may include direct, indirect reportees and from external agencies.  JOB DESCRIPTION:  To report accurate and timely Collections performance and MIS and reports to collection management.  To assist in developing, testing, implementing and monitoring collection strategies.  Key Performance Indicators  Provide various reports and analysis to higher management and other business teams which help them to take pro-active financial decisions.  Responsible for identifying opportunities for Champion/Challenger test scenarios & driving those tests, and accurately measuring the outcomes.  Communicate and liaise, on a regular basis, with the Collections Department and Risk Management functions, on market intelligence &/or risk analysis and segmentation of portfolios to implement related risk-based strategy for optimum performance.  Build early warning indicators for portfolio monitoring.  Provide various collection reports to collection team to track their performance and have more effective collection framework.   Responsible for a fair incentive pay out structure balancing performance and due payments to performers.  Liaise with different department to ensure smooth operations for the collection team.   Assist change management of the Collections structure to get it aligned with the organizational requirements from time to time.  Oversee day to day capacity planning & forecasting, in accordance with organization budgets, to ensure that adequate resources are in place to ensure requisite collection performance, and deliver daily, weekly & monthly MIS and reports  Ensure appropriate approval of all collections strategies and tests before deployment. Assure proper and updated documentation of all in-country collection strategies and champion/challenger test scenarios.  Accountable for timely delivery of accurate daily, weekly, monthly collection & recovery MIS & reports to collections and the Risk group.  Drive automation for all the manual reporting for collections.  Ensure adequate collection support resources to provide administrative support to the collection units.  - Develop key strategies from the collections perspective  - Balance implementation within cost budgets  - Monitor the results of strategies implemented
