POSITION - AVP - Claims
LOCATION : Mumbai
OFFERED CTC - 27lac to 32Lac depending upon location ; depending upon current CTC, total & relevant years of experience, business volume, education background, interview status.
Job Responsibilities:
Maximizing opportunities & efficiencies to ensure claims are processed to meet our client/ stakeholder demands within expected delivery timeframes.
Responsible for ensuring health claims are processed in a cost effective way, claim service standards are met & customer receives a good claim experience.
Implement work processes / best practices across location for better outcomes
Play a change Manager while implementing new processes
Ensure processes are consistent across locations & are aligned with the company Philosophy
Trend analysis & Fraud control insights to the team
Regularly review & audit the performance of the team identify training needs & conduct sessions
TPA management with regards to Regulations/ IT/ Legal & Operations
Effective & Efficient resolution of customer queries, ensuring superior customer service by providing continual backend support
Exigency management
Escalation handling
Reduction in Customer Grievances & Improvement in abandoned ratio
Claims module development for newly launched products
INDUSTRY PREFERENCE - GIC / Health Insurance . Similar role .
- Stability: Should not be a job hopper: an average vintage of more than 2 years
