Job Description:

- Reporting to the Head Change & Reengineering team, you will be responsible for driving the lean transformation and reengineering projects within the APAC region.

- In addition, you will be responsible for managing the team and driving them to achieve organizational objectives. Furthermore the role will involve a lot of international travel.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should be an MBA from a Tier 1 college with more than 10 years of relevant experience, along with certifications like Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt

- You must have extensive experience of driving large scale lean transformation/ reengineering projects within a financial services setup

- Excellent presentation and communication skills along with driving large scale cross border projects is mandatory

- Strong experience of stakeholder management is essential
