AVP - Change Management - MI Reporting - BPO (8-14 yrs)
Role Purpose
- Act as a single point of contact for all planning and status updates for the program/project/work stream
- Encourage and provide a platform for best practice sharing across the program
- Provide program/project management framework to support governance over the Offshore program
- Have regular reviews on the Programme MI to ensure adherence to the targets set out for the Programme
- Lead large multi-process / Pan GBM MI projects
- Engage with MI Leads/RM for project support / addressing roadblocks / Ensuring rigor
- Regular Interaction with GBM COO office with regular MI produced on the deliverables of the Role
Desired Profile
- Min. of 10 of experience demonstrating hands on experience to drive change and lead improvement of processes.
- Should have understanding of finance operations of a bank / a corporation i.e. the C2R process
- Understanding/experience of MI processes
- Process improvement techniques viz. lean six sigma, ISO 9001 etc.
- Project management experience with relevant certification
- Certification in PMP / Six Sigma preferred
