AVP - Change Management - Insurance Domain (8-12 yrs)
Role:
- Project management of key locational and strategic initiatives, working with stakeholders of different levels
- Creating high impact professional business case, reports etc. for senior leadership
- Transforming raw data, ideas & concepts into effective visual representations
- Project manage and steer locational initiatives spanning across growth and stakeholder management.
- Develop multi-level relationships to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering project on agreed terms
- Supporting engagements with external consultants, as required
- Planning and executing multiple projects concurrently across multiple stakeholder groups
- Structuring analysis of technology, market and industry trends that will impact our business.
Skills:
Looking for candidates who are into Process transformation/change management role into insurance domain.
