Key Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility for the Foods vertical consisting of Staples, FMCG
- Preparing the budget for FMCG division for the entire year with clear deliverables of Sales, margin, Costs, Working capital & EBITDA.
- Business Planning and Budgeting for Private Labels
- Using Retail Analytics for assortment planning, Promotion & price decisions.
- To develop coherent vendor strategy, dovetailing it with the private label strategy to ensure maximum returns
- Creating Buying Plans and Order Management.
- Merchandise Planning, includes Assortment Planning, Promotions & OTB Management
- Vendor Management, creating the vendor plan to achieve the business objectives
- Constant out of the box thinking and applying new ideas in small measures to check for success and alignment within the goals of organization for inventory turns, topline and net margins.
