Manage incoming transitions relating to the process supported, ensure functioning within the Risk Framework and meet all regulatory requirements. Ensure KPI and other SLA parameters agreed with stakeholders are adhered to. Should posses solid technical understanding of the business and Cash Operations including strong knowledge of global messaging & Embargo, SWIFT Standards - Category 1, 2, 9, Cheque processing, Investigations and Funds Release activities.
