AVP - Business Transformation/BPR - BFSI

JD:

- Knowledge of business transformations for BFSI domain, process improvement

- Carry out operational re-engineering projects and process reviews as required by global, regional or in-country operations

- Provide subject matter expertise on key aspects of managing operations such as processes, people, systems, risk and controls, MI, customer experience, costs etc

- Prepare country/ BU processes for migration to Centres of Excellence or third party approved suppliers.

- Accountable for implementation and execution of re-engineered processes to BAU and follow through into post implementation measure of success

Requirments :

- Knowledge of process improvement techniques like LEAN, Six Sigma etc-

- 6-10 years of experience in operations strategy / line management roles in financial institutions - BFSI domain strictly .

- Prior experience in delivering large scale process re-engineering or change management projects
