One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  AVP-Business Trainer-Retail Banking  Basic Job Purpose:  - The Business Trainer needs to take end-to-end responsibility for Learning & Development for their respective business units. They represent the L&D team and are the interface with designated business representatives & HRGs in order to understand needs and deliver solutions for the respective businesses.  - Responsible for identifying specific business needs other than those stated in the roadmap, solution design and delivery of the interventions in line with the business requirements.  - Partner with HRGs on individual needs identification, program nomination, attendance and effectiveness of the programs  - Work with Business representatives to identify & agree upon the effectiveness measures.  - Work with Program Managers/Delivery Partners to build the relevant effectiveness measures in the program  - Work with L&D Operations, HRGs & Business representatives to track the measures and report back to business  - Work with the Content/program managers to constantly upgrade and build effective training.  Deliver as per Standards defined.  - Work with L&D Operations to ensure error-free delivery of interventions  - Work with L&D Operations & Business representatives to review cost incurred on programs and ways to optimize the same  Education & Experience:  - Minimum Graduate with 8+ yrs of Retail banking training experience from a reputed Bank.  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
