AVP - Business Research (14-17 yrs)

Looking for candidates with strong exp in Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy and Growth Planning

- Team size required to handle will be 35-40

Manage overall operations of BRC ( Business Research Center )

- Be responsible for the quality of deliverable, proactively identify gaps, take corrective and preventive measures, and provide feedback and coaching

- Reviews and discusses Thought Leadership papers produced by BRC team.

- Drive customer satisfaction, manage customer expectations, and use their feedback to continuously improve upon output quality

- Be available as a coach for the Managers in developing proposals and solutions to address customers’ research needs

- Monitor and ensure that the teams are operating at desired productivity and utilization levels

- Drive eminence through development of Thought Leadership, PoVs other relevant products

- Assess, lead and manage the team's recruitment and employee engagement initiatives

- Lead collaboration with other constituent teams as well as teams with similar competencies in U.S. India offices to effectively leverage the potential synergy in services

- Proactively engage with on-shore stakeholders to build strong momentum on BRC priorities and engagements

- Work with BRC’s business development lead to convert potential customers into customers and advocates of BRC

- Work closely with BRC and India leads to diagnose operational issues and develop innovative solutions

- Act as an ambassador to help the BRC build its presence in the global organization by developing relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders across the global organization

Key skills required:

- Demonstrated leadership and effective management of large best-in-class business research teams

- Expertise in research methodology, products and services

- Prior experience in leading business research teams

- Demonstrated skills in development and presentation of Thought Leadership research papers

- Strong leadership skills in a global professional services environment.

- Demonstrated independent thinking, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication.

- Effective communication and relationship building skills.

- Good understanding of the professional services & extended delivery landscape.

- Strong interpersonal and people skills

- Ability to manage a large team in an offshore delivery set up, handling operations and people issues in an effective manner.

- Ability to work with and influence global stakeholders
