Role Designation : Principal Consultant- BTS

About BTS:

The focus of Business Transformation Services (BTS)is to drive Business Process Transformations for our clients. This practitioner led end-to-end transformation leverages various in-house and external established approaches such as Business Value Realization, Process harmonization, Six Sigma/Lean, etc.

This team advises clients on process reengineering in area of Finance & Accounting, . Advising clients in the Shared Services area is one of the focus areas which include defining the vision/strategy, defining and implementing a road map. This team also works with our pursuit teams to deliver winning proposals for our BPO business.

One key area of is to drive end-to-end transformation through Joint Transformation Boards with our strategic clients, the sole focus of which is to systematically evaluate the entire value chain and identify and implement change enablers that impact business metrics and not just process metrics.

We are inviting applications to fill positions of Senior Consultants in BTS. This role will work our Principal Consultants and extended teams in the areas mentioned above. Key activities will include being in pursuits to open new logos and also delivering re engineering projects for our key strategic accounts or as stand-alone advisory projects.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Practitioner led Consulting experience

- In-depth knowledge / project experience in Finance & Accounting

- Deep Domain Expertise in one the following area : F&A,

- Experience in solution design & pre-sales activities.

- Cross cultural, Analytical, Negotiation, Presentation and Business development skills.
