We are looking for Business management analytics ( AVP)  Below mention is the Brief :  - Business partner to Shared services delivery functions for the broad range for Business management activities.  - Manage and support activities related to financial management, budget management, strategy implementation, cost management, Business performance management, score card implementation and business planning and execution.  - Develop framework for Project management & initiative management practices.   - Develop framework for performance management practices for off shored services.  - Co-own Business performance reporting and improvement with Reporting centre of excellence and Business excellence functions.  - Establish product based unit pricing for services delivered by ANZ Global shared services functions (400 FTE’s) to support the Bank’s commercial management agenda for back office services.   - Internal & External bench-marking (using CEB, BERSIN etc) for service metrics and scorecard implementation.  - Governance around continuous improvement initiatives (Lean & Six Sigma) to ensure resource allocations are aligned to Business objectives.  - Internal service cost recoveries of non STP based functions using recovery methodologies.  - Manage recoveries and cost forecasting process and actively participate in decision support processes and discussions with service heads.  - Identify areas of redundancies in business areas to manage cost and resources effectively.  - Actively build cross functional expertise to balance functional nuances and process standardization agenda.  - Build & End to end implementation of Business performance management application (Powerhouse) and ongoing governance to ensure its practice and use by service functions.  - Manage and Support Demand forecast and management process for Shared services.  Desired Skills :  - Managing and Leading the Analytics function   - Develop growth strategy for the Banking Analytics function by creating demand through continuous stakeholder engagements across regions/functions  - The analytics team is expected to meander through the same and continue to provide best quality solutions as relevant to the need.
