AVP - Business Development & Sales (US and Canadian Market)  He/She will build his/her own teams:  - Should have capability of interview, interact, hire, fire the team members  - Should be able to mentor the team members.  Business Development :   - Analysing the business potential; conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive business, augmenting turnover and achieving the desired targets.   - Evaluating and pursuing business opportunities as per targeted plans & achieving market share.   - Generating new leads through web research and networking on phone/ Internet (Social Networking).   - Organizing extensive research on the client's requirement and evaluating their potential.   - Cold calling prospective clients, reliable vendors, projecting the organisation's capabilities and brand image.   - Participating in the existing client conferences to identify their current and ongoing needs.  - Who can set up his own team and work on getting Clients to the company also as well as software contracts to the organization  - Good experience and exposure to Inside Sales  - Should be able to generate leads  - Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.  - Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.  - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.  - Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.  - Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism  - Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.  - Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.   - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.  - Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.  - Research and build relationships with new clients.  - Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.  - Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.  - Participate in pricing the solution/service.  - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.   - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.  - Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
