To drive zonal PMS sales through various national/regional level Channel Partners & Banks for South Zone.
- The role incumbent will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that zone.
Principal Accountabilities:
Supporting Actions:
- To ensure achievement of business targets
- Draft the business plan and define opportunity, targets, activities, resource requirements, budgets and dependencies
- Support the company’s distribution initiatives and build relationships with key distributors
- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team.
- Manage new empanelment, increase market share & visibility amongst select key distributors.
To ensure adherence to laid statutory processes & related compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.
- Follow applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements.
- To complete mandatory certifications & other knowledge upgradation activities.
Relationship Management:
- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor’s visits, concalls, etc.
- Work closely with products team to develop focus on best in class/innovative products, etc.
- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers.
