Our client is a leading Business Process Outsourcing Organization.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Enhance Business Continuity capabilities, posture and overall Compliance to the BS25999 standards and client specific requirements
- Ensuring planning, implementation , review and maintenance of organization’s BCMS as per BS25999 Standard
- Coordinate and create Disaster Recovery Plan along with Technology team
- Build relationship with the Business Leaders and Function Heads
- Manage Crisis management framework, Training & Awareness of Crisis response teams
- Conduct different Risk assessment (‘RA’) exercises such Environment RA, Infrastructure RA, Technology RA and Operational RA
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (‘BIA’) exercises across organization
- Developing cost effective BC strategies/solutions and plans at Site, client and functional levels as per evolving business needs
- Conducting periodic BC awareness and training programs for senior management
- Conduct and manage tests /simulations/reviews/audits of BCP/DR Plans
- Central coordinator/incident manager for actual / potentially disruptive incidents
- Review the robustness of Business Continuity framework with the senior management to manage threats proactively and achieve the organizational objectives
- Demonstrate BCP capabilities to potential clients and responding to RFPs
Job Specification:
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 6 - 8 Yrs of experience in the field of Business Continuity for large corporate/BPO with multiple sites
- Experience and knowledge on BS25999 and IT DR
- Minimum Graduation (Science and Engineering Background Only)
- One or more of the following certifications: CBCP/MBCI/BCCE
