Job role:

- Job holder will be responsible for requirement gathering, design and change management, implementation management, developing BRD, FRD for functional projects.

- Will be responsible for designing the business process and identifying the areas of impact on target operating model.

- Role incumbent will be very closely working with Process consultant and project managers of the re-engineering projects.

- Will be handling a team of business analysts who are working on global assignments.

Desired Skill:

- Should have minimum of 9+years of work experience preferably from BFSI background.

- Should be working in the capacity of a Business Analyst in Banking Functional projects preferably from Investment banking, Wealth management, Capital markets etc.

- Should have good team handling experience.

- Certifications such as GB, Business Analysis, PMP would be preferable.
