Responsibilities:  - Responsible for driving customer service culture within the departments allowing to retain business and attract new assets to the company.   - Ensuring appropriate client money regulations and controls on customer assets are adhered to the best practice standards across all activities.  - Reconciliation, client money operational and technical support.  - Work with teams split across different geographies and culture.  Key Skills:  - 10 - 15 years of relevant experience preferably in financial services.  - Good understanding of FCA's, CASS rules.
