AVP/Associate Director - Textile/Apparel/Retail

Silverpeople, is hiring AVP Operations / Associate director based out of Gurgaon for India's leading Management Consulting firm who is offering consulting services to leading Indian and International companies which is operating in Retail, Consumer Products, Fashion (Textiles & Apparel) industry.

- The candidate needs to be enthusiastic, possess entrepreneurial flair with business development and revenue generation skills and must be an MBA graduate.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in the domain of Sales & Marketing, Business Development in Textiles industry in India.

- Qualification Preference : B.Tech. in Textile Technology / B.Tech. With MBA or PG Diploma in Apparel Marketing/Merchandising Management.

- Experience : 10-14 years (age band of 35-39) relevant experience with leading consulting firm, textile trading/manufacturing units, reputed garment manufacturers, buying houses, textile and apparel companies.

- Responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Business Development & Service Development:

- Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients

- Establish new lines of practice/service and plan new offerings

- Build business pipeline, nurture and grow new client accounts

- Lead role in business development, generating revenue with the help of team

- Achieve the revenue and receivable targets for the practice for attainment of company’s business targets and profitability

- Project Delivery : Manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and proper delivery plan.

- Project and Client Management.

- Firm Development and Management.
