Details of AVP/AGM Mortgage are:

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for revenue, profits, cost management and growth targets for the Originations vertical with in - XYZ account

- Ensure adherence to KPI/SLA'S and implement corrective actions plans if required and improve service standards and enhance customer satisfaction scores.

- Possess effective problem solving skills to ensure timely problem recognition and resolution.

- Carry out process improvements leading to productivity & quality benefits for the client.

- Ensure utilization/onsite-offshore ratios/billing efficiency, etc are tracked and maintained at a expected levels.

- Ensures Delivery execution by sharing of best-practices across projects with in and outside the account.

- Supports & provides guidance to team to achieve personal, team & professional goals.

- Sets reasonable, challenging and clear performance goals for direct reports, monitors performance & provides appropriate feedback.

- Support and Identify and groom successors for key positions within the account.

- Monitors gaps in one's own required competencies and enrolls for relevant learning to bridge gaps in competencies.

Person Specification:

- Good communications skills

- Ability to motivate team to achieve higher standards month on month

- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements

- Muiti- tasking & problem solving skills.

Competencies/Skills:

- Basic keyboard proficiency.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Good analytical ability

- Proficiency in MS Office usage.

Essential: Post Graduate -MBA (any stream)/CA/ICWA

Requisite : US Mortgage experience and additional certifications in mortgage area.
