Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and lead managers

- Supervise client service delivery

- Oversee Valuation issues and client specific modifications.

- Represent global forums on technical and other issues .

- Manage training programs and coach team

Education & other skills :

- Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science or any subject with sizeable mathematical content.

- Min 9 years of relevant actuarial/pension experience

- Strong analytical and innovation skills

- Completion of core technical actuarial exams

- Good people management & communication skills

Team size wld be 15-30 people

Pensions background preferred, though open to Life & General Insurance.
