We are hiring for:

Position- Operating Manager (Equivalent to AVP)

Experience - 9+ Years-Post Qualification

Qualification - Chartered accountant/MBA

Location - Manesar (Near Gurgaon)

Job Description:

- This person would be required to lead a team of high performing Supervisors and Individual Contributors in Accounts Payable team.Should have strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team of experienced managers and employees.

- Should have exposure to US GAAP, SOX and other applicable provisions relevant to Invoice Processing and Payments processes as well as associated tax requirements. Must be able to lead and provide innovative solutions for M&A deals entered into by Agilent.

- Provide strong support to the team during statutory and Internal Audit of processes. Should be able to contribute to strategic and tactical direction for the strategy, design, and implementation of financial accounting processes and systems in a global environment.

- Must have the ability to effectively represent AP in cross functional forums. Should have knowledge of Six Sigma methodology as needed for robust process design. Drives continuous process improvements, and streamlines processes to increase productivity.

- Able to influence others and to communicate both verbally and in writing to a diverse audience.

- Possesses high level of maturity necessary to interface with internal business partners, as well as functional partners.

- Demonstrates initiative and leadership across teams.

- Able to prioritize and balance competing needs among different parties or organizations.

- Strives to optimize processes, displays multi-cultural sensitivity.

- Team Management experience: Minimum 5 years of Managing Supervisors and/or a team size of minimum 10- 15 people..
