AVP – Securities Operations

Location: Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai

Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of work experience required*

- Willing to work in Night Shifts*

- Should have handled a team sizes of 25+*

- Should preferably have knowledge of Trade life cycle and Settlements*

- Should be able effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders to provide seamless services to the customer.

Qualification – Any Graduate

Job Responsibilites:

- Oversight of daily activities from a completeness, turnaround and accuracy perspective

- Manage first level people managers (Team Managers)

- Have regular monitoring sessions with the team

- Maintain and manage Client Relationships with Onshore stakeholders

- Participate in weekly / monthly calls with Onshore

- Respond to escalations and take corrective action

- Monitoring of performance metrics and KPIs on a regular basis
