Designation: AVP – SAP AMS [ Director/Senior Manager/Manager reports to this position ]

Report to: VP – SAP Practice

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 20 – 25 Years

- Proven expertise in organization building, describing turnarounds and starting up and stabilizing new offerings

- Consultative approach drawn from native business acumen, C‐ level and stakeholder experience, hands‐on approach to evaluate and accelerate build, growth and stabilization

- Strategic focus – while enabling tactical and operational excellence

- Owned functions and worked across organization management, business development, delivery management, competency development, solution and business consulting, solution design and deployment, relationship and people management.

- Executive and operational experience of managing technology in the industry and consulting environment

- Global work experience in large IT players, manufacturing industry and large consulting organizations

- Responsible for ensuring smooth delivery and high CSat for all AMS and non core geo projects;

- Responsible for offshore delivery and landed resourcing for large transformational projects, stabilizing the organization and substantially improving margins
