JOB SUMMARY  The prime responsibility of a Manager - PR & Communications is to:  - Develop annual PR strategy and roadmap  - Ensure the PR campaigns are executed effectively as per plan to deliver the set objectives  - Ensure sustained presence and visibility through PR every campaign and balance across geographies and media  - Handle Brand Ambassador PR and leverage her to gain visibility  - Handle communication with the PR agency to implement plans  - Build a personal communication channel/rapport with all the stylists, fashion editors across various media (electronic/print/cinematic), to position the brand at their top of mind recall.   - Handling events & Media activity  - Integrating the PR initiatives with various marketing activities and provide adequate PR support for new launches   - Key role in ensuring Internal Communication programs are implemented to achieve an engaged, motivated and energized Associated force  - Manage PR Budget  - Develop Social media strategy and manage all social media platforms liaison with the agency
