Position Summary:  - Lead Campaign Development and Store Planning for Avon India to generate consumer pull and meet Financial Sales Objectives  - Grow Customer and Representative Order / Basket  - Drive Marketing activations to support Category and Brand Strategic objectives.  Area of Responsibility:  Campaign Planning - Lead:  - Develop and implement Store Strategy dove-tailing into Category and Brand Strategy  - Develop strategy & initiatives to raise awareness, acquire new consumers/representatives.  Strategic Marketing Initiatives:  - Work on Strategic marketing objective to establish Avon as a top Fashion brand in India through various initiatives to achieve high brand awareness, improved trials, new customer acquisition, and strengthening brand equity.  Campaign Planning - implementation and financial objectives:  - Deliver Campaign Plans to Campaign Thresholds and Sales & Margin targets.  - Lead Pre and Post Campaign Evaluation to understand and take forwards learnings and implications.  Campaign Planning - Synergy and System Alignment:  - Drive alignment of key stakeholders across functions to deliver robust and successful campaigns.   - Promote synergy between sales, category and supply chain functions for achievement of critical campaign milestones.  Education level and/or relevant experience:  - Post-Graduation in Management  - 8-10 years in product/brand marketing, with experience in activation, alliances, and strong business acumen.  Knowledge and skills (general and technical):  - Proven exposure in managing big projects independently. Consumer oriented marketing acumen.
