JOB SUMMARY  - To work closely with the Sr Manager FP&A in the preparation of Budgets, Monthly rolling Forecast, Outlooks - Category Sales and Gross Margin.  - Monitoring of actuals vs Budget/FC  - Preparation of Monthly MIS and Various reports from time to time.  - Develop maintain and enhance Excel based financial models for analyzing forecasting financial data  - Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis and timely submissions to the Region   - Business partner for Sales and Marketing teams  - Validation and tracking of Incentives  - Partner with Marketing team on Campaign signoff and marketing investments  - Driving the rhythm on monthly Business Review meetings  KEY RESULT AREAS OF THE JOB :   - Preparation of short and long-term financial forecasts based on historical data and current business plans and strategies.  - Maintain and prepare managerial and financial reports, analyze and interpret results and provide fact-based supporting analysis.   - Analyze and assist in evaluating financial and operating implications of financial data.  - Prepare and analyze budget variances to identify risk/opportunities for the business. Participate in the preparation of budget reviews and perform financial analyses in support of budgets   - Assist in the preparation of the country/unit reporting package and financial summary reports for management presentations and business reviews.  - Monitor and report performance of major strategies against plan  Education level and/or relevant experience(s) :   - Graduate + Chartered Accountant  - 3-5 Years- experience in FP&A/Reporting post CA completion  Other requirements :  Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. Hyperion experience would be helpful
