TITLE: Manager	- IT (Business Intelligence – Project Manager)		   REPORTS TO: AVP – IT  		  ROLE AND CONTEXT   Purpose:   - To align the service delivery for NON CORE vertical especially for MIS Reporting and Business Intelligence System.  - Main Priorities: Project Management, MIS Reporting and BI implementation, Multi tasking etc.,  Dimensions:  - Decision Making Authority: Scope is limited towards team alignment / resource optimization with approval from AVP – IT (reporting)  NEED TO DO   Key Outputs:  - Part of the NON CORE Team to implement the MIS Reporting and BI System in sync with AVIVA’s IT eco systems & strategy, Architecture.  Relationships:  Internal - One to One interaction with User / Line teams to understand and formalize the requirements in order to align the service delivery for the vertical apps. 	 External – Proven vendor management skills including cost optimization and rationalization ability as an individual.  Key Performance Indicators:   - Delivery on Time – 100%  - First time correctness – 95%  - Good Stakeholder feedback  - Team Building and efficiency improvement   - Implementation of MIS Reporting and BI solutions by the set timeline  - Ideation and implementation of two new ideas in financial year 	 NEED TO KNOW   Qualifications:  - BE / MCA / MBA (Mandatory)  - III / FLMI certified (Optional)  - PMP certification (Optional)  Skills/ Knowledge:  Technical:  - Strong project management experience with 5 years and above   - 5+ yrs exp in Reporting and more than 2-3 yrs in Qlikview  - QlikView with data modeling, analysis, design, testing, development and implementation of client/server applications, administration of QlikView for OLTP systems  - Experience in optimizing existing QlikView reports with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization  - Generate QVD files created by ETL logic to feed QlikView applications  - Experience in Incremental Loading & QlikView document versioning  - Experience in QV User Manager to get, update and delete the CAL information on the server  - Ability to communicate with business leads  - Strong experience in delivering Business Intelligence projects in stringent timelines  - Someone who has good understanding on SQL   - Management and hands-on experience with ETL tool – SSIS  - Prior experience in automation of manual or ad-hoc work  - Ability to handle team of 4-8 people   - Strong written and verbal communication  - Prior experience in delivering MIS requests for company  Experience:  - 7 – 8 years as a professional including Information Technology / Life Insurance domain at a Project Manager / Project Lead role preferably in any of the Life Insurance company / Project associated. 	 - Must be involved atleast two BI projects all phases of implementation. 	 NEED TO BE  Competencies:  - Strong Team Player  - Self motivated   - Good Initiator  - Delivering Results  - Vendor Management  - Budget Management  - Stakeholder Management  - Insurance domain knowledge  - Good MS Powerpoint and Excel skills  - IBM CDC /Attunity CDC/ Golden Gate expertise
