Aviva - AVP - Online Business (6-9 yrs)
Location : Gurgaon
Role and Responsibilities :
- Ownership of business P&L. Works closely with Digital Marketing agencies, brand marketing, fulfilment teams to achieve the business plan within assigned budgets
- Candidate should have proven track record in Digital Marketing with business orientation
- Should have strong analytics and execution skills, with a flair for innovation
- Work with technical teams to build innovative technology to solve customer problems
- Planning and launch of new products
Qualifications:
MBA from premier institute (preferable)
OR
MBA with engineering from premier engineering institute
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Structured thinking, problem solving, strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Strong execution skills, should be a effective multi-tasker
- Strong business perspective, Online, Offline distribution knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written & presentation)
Experience:
- Expertise in Online marketing knowledge is a pre-requisite for this role (including working knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics)
- Overall 6-9 years of experience in e-commerce/BFSI. Including 2-3 years experience in e-commerce (preferably in BFSI) essential, should have managed a business with P&L responsibility.
- Working knowledge of financial services/Insurance.
