TITLE: Associate Vice President- Strategy

BUSINESS UNIT: Management

REPORTS TO: COO

JOB PURPOSE

- Responsible for Strategy of the company.

- Preparation and presentation of Strategy documents as relevant to target audience - Board, Senior reviews, Clients, internal teams, website and media.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Identification of additional related opportunities in Company's existing businesses

- Identification of new business opportunities

- Completive Scan. SWOT analysis of each business

- Assist in designing and maintaining the company's business plan and financial model for the coming years.

- Collate and present various business updates to the top management on a periodic basis, like business pipeline, financial status, etc

- Provide project based operational support to start new businesses

- Owner of the Avendus dashboard - Management Information System

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- Management graduate from a premier institute

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED (IF ANY)

- Excellent Analytical skills

- Interpersonal skills. Comfortable in interacting with people - inside and outside the company

- Good communication skills both written and verbal

- Project Planning for New business initiatives

- Strong in follow-ups and meeting dead-lines

- Ability to multi-task

- Ability to handle pressure
