AREA APPLICATIONS SALES LEADER
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a key senior role that has direct responsibility for the growth of Avaya's Contact Centre applications business in the assigned territory.
The Applications Sales Leader will spearhead the formulation of key applications business growth strategies and be accountable for its successful execution. The Application Sales Leader will demonstrate strong sales funnel management skills and will also lead the engagement in strategic Contact Centre opportunities and provide the sales leadership towards securing these projects.
PROFILE
- 13+ years experience of more in sales or business development in the Software Applications / IT industry
- Successful and consistent track record in leading sales teams to close high value, complex applications contracts preferably in Contact Centre and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong focus on execution and accountability.
- Strong customer skills and relationships.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well in a highly matrix work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Contact Centre, CRM and Collaboration concepts, trends and value proposition.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Represent Avaya as the spokesperson in industry events and seminars.
BE, B.tech/MBA (Full time) or similar qualification from Tier-1 colleges only.
