Avana - Program Analyst

Job Summary - This position will work with the President's office.

Key Responsibility Area

- Support strategic planning, annual budgeting. Also support and drive organizational cross functional programs and related activities around them, through the President's office e.g. Business Excellence Program, Process Improvement Programs etc.

- Set up and run central PMO and track all internal projects and collate metrics from client projects.

- Shall attend, facilitate and track all Leadership meetings action items and follow up actions.

- Highlight any risks, delays and opportunities to the Management.

- Provide analytical inputs, prepare data research reports as and when required and assist in decision making process. Maintain and update critical information.

- Assist the President in prioritizing business related tasks and help close loop on them. Prepare agenda, presentations and critical minutes of meetings and related follow up closure.

Education Background - BE/B Tech and MBA (A/B grade institute)

Experience Background- Should have had some exposure to program management. Keen interest and knowledge in the finance domain.
