Role Details:
Job Summary:
- Sales support/ preSales /Business Development/sales Engineering activities.
- Meeting Potential customers, OEM's, Consultants and generating new opportunities.
- Understanding customer technical / solution/architecture requirements and preparing techno-commercial proposals/RFP response
- Contribute in generation of sales funnel and assist in successful completion of sales cycle. Interaction with the internal stake holders such as Solution Architect, sourcing and Procurement, Finance, Projects teams.
Key Responsibility Area:
- Customer interactions and preparation & presentation of techno-commercial proposals
- Knowledge of Homeland Security Products and Solutions (hardware and software)
- Understand Tendering Process and respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs/EOIs/Tenders
- Own POC/ Technical specification activity wrt allotted customers / markets
- Validate the product/ ideas in the customer environments - take part in Customer Acceptance Programs (CAP) and get feedback on new product/ releases
- Influencing the customer decision making process. Documentation related to the bid and Proposal. Documentation related to the follow up of the bid.
- Competition product information & its analysis.
Technology:
- Understanding of networking, communication & data technologies,products & protocols, encryption tools and systems
- Systems, Operating System, Concept of Security, Data communication, Service Architecting, Trainings
- Good understanding of Commercial and Legal Aspect.
Education Background BE/B Tech, Mtech.
Experience Background:
- Total of 6 to 10 years of experience in Systems Integration of Large /turnkey project covering Sensors, data warehousing/ churning technologies & applications & communications.
- Deft in preparation of techno-commercial bid / compliance statements/ pre Sales skills etc
