Head the Delivery team   - Responsible for Services P&L and ensuring customer sat, revenues and profitability  - Put together a lean team comprising of developers and consultants  - Create a profitable services model for Avaali  - Proposal generation, customer visits and ensuring deal closures  - Responsible for creation and execution of strong and scalable processes for the services organization  - Support in POC execution, support sales in all engagements as required  - Effectively present and demonstrate the value of Avaali's partner products and solutions  - Generate whitepapers, thought leadership papers and sales presentations as required  - Work with sales to strategize and execute plans for lead generation and closure  - Play an important part in Avaali's events to message Avaali right to customers and partners  - Generate assets such as case studies, customer references etc and distribute across all channels
