Automation Anywhere is seeking Sr. Manager Finance   - We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager Finance at our Vadodara Office to take care of Finance/accounting operations of India, Accrual Based Accounting System, adhering RBI governance in transfer Pricing /Annual Returns. Intercompany invoicing of fully owned subsidiary of US firm AAI  - Will be working in Mid Shift i.e. 12 noon to 9 pm IST.   Responsibility :  - Responsible for monthly financial data including ensuring that all monthly activity has been recorded and reconciled. Provide financial results and analysis to US HQ.  - Design and maintain effective internal control environment for Expenses and Accruals to ensure accuracy of financial accounts.  - Oversee finance/accounting operations in India  - Drive the quarterly/annual budgeting and planning process in India  - Manage the preparation of all financial forecasts, outlooks, and reports  - Leading cross-functional meetings to give accounting guidance on business models and decisions.  - Review contractual agreements (sales commissions and bonuses), and provide feedback and accounting guidance to cross-functional teams.  - Assist in preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual close presentations for Accounting and Controls management to include preparation of month over month and forecast to actual analysis to US HQ.  - Assist in the development and implementation of global accounting policies, procedures, and company-wide initiatives.  - Lead, manage and develop the team of professionals.  - Provide cost sheets to all the stakeholders on monthly basis / as and when required for their P& L  - Maintain Asset Register with monthly depreciation values based on the category of asset  - Work up for Income tax and invoicing to Parent company  - Provide Financial Statements to Transfer Pricing Consultant for filing Annual returns  - Liaison with Internal and External Audit Team   - Any other tasks as assigned by your Manager at given point of time.  Qualifications:  - 8 - 10 years- experience at an accounting firm, a public company, or start-up.  - Experience in ERP systems e.g. Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle  - Strong project management, process improvement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office  - Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex initiatives.  - Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.  - Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management.  - A strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP  Education Requirement:  - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.  - CPA/CA required.
