JOB Role:
A business development professional has following primary responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services to all potential clients in region/ Area.
- Arranging a demo for technical team to show the results of our products to clients
- Reaching out to customers to take feedback of technical demo done and generate business.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and making sure that all product deliveries are timely managed.
- To ensure that client is always satisfies with the product and services of the company
When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Creating Salons wise route plan for entire down line team and reviewing the same on Monthly basis.
- Arranging re-training / workshops for key clients in territory on monthly basis.
- To ensure payments are prompt at each sales level.
- Ensure to work closely with down team members to increase their productivity and get high results to teaching them.
- Meeting all key clients (business drive) to ensure their high satisfaction level.
- Researching Salons and new clients through day to day market visits.
- Taking help of the distributors and senior managers.
- Generating lead through Just dial, internet and social media.
- Other than primary rules BDE is expected to follow up with clients, contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Maintain regular coordination with active clients in the region so that there would be no communication gap between clients and company.
- Ensure smooth relationship between clients and company.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Achieved monthly sales targets as per targets given by Seniors/Manager.
- To ensure company Brand visibility in the territory with the help of marketing team.
- To ensure that Company client's satisfaction levels are always high in terms of product delivery, technical & marketing support .
